Corona in visible light and SOHO EIT 19.5nm Fe XII - composed image

This is nearly the realistic view on the solar corona in visible light which could be seen if it was possible to switch off the solar photosphere radiation. The image was created from my corona image in which the part hidden by the Moon was replaced by SOHO EIT 19.5nm image. Smooth transition between both images makes the boundary between eclipse image and SOHO EIT image nearly invisible. The photosphere (temperature 5 780 K) being compared to corona (temperature over 1 000 000 K) is black in wavelength of 19.5 nm and therefore no eclipse is necessary for corona observing. Even if there is big difference in wavelengths used for taking both images there is very high similarity in appearance of corona on these images.
