Fe XIII, 1074.7 nm

This relatively strong emission line was not easy to observe with our Atik 314L+ cameras because 1074.7 nm is very near to upper limit of their sensitivity (see the graph bellow). Fortunately the total solar eclipse was long enough and it was possible to use exposure times up to 67 s. That is why the resulting image is of relatively good quality.
