Far side flare, July 19, 2012
This far side flare arised in the same active region as the flare which released
the well known "Super storm"
4 days later. STEREO A spacecraft was in the position in which
the flare was directly visible. Following images show the region on
04:14 UT,
06:14 UT,
08:14 UT,
10:14 UT,
12:14 UT.
The color mapping of these STEREO images is not identical with PM-NAFE applied to SDO AIA data.
The reason is that 211 A channel is not available and it is replaced by 195 A channel.
