Fe X, forbidden line 637.4 nm

Fe X is one of two prominent forbidden lines of Fe ions in the visible part of coronal spectrum. The image shows all solar corona which was progressively visible from our observing place. That is why the black part of the image, which is the area without any information about solar corona, is not round. It is an intersection of two circles representing the position of the Moon in the beginning and at the end of the total solar eclipse.
