Fe XIV, 530.3 nm

Fe XIV (coronium) is one of two prominent forbidden lines of Fe ions in the visible part of coronal spectrum. This line is the "easiest" emission line in the solar corona. It is placed near the maximum of both human vision and CCD chips sensitivity. Fe XIV emission was visible even in the viewfinder of Canon EOS 5D camera during taking of slitless spectra.
